In 1969, a minister, a teacher, and a parent of two children with disabilities had a dream. They dreamed that one day there would be increased opportunity for individuals with disabilities, right here in Knox County, Indiana.  Thanks to their dream and a supportive community, KCARC has continually provided more opportunities for those with disabilities for over 46 years.
