Position: Payroll Coordinator
Number of Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week. Monday – Friday. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility required).
Brief Description of Job Duties: Payroll Coordinator will process all aspects of staff payroll, including all quarterly and annual State and Federal fillings, quarterly multiple work-site report form BLS 3020, retirement deposits, garnishments as required by court documents, assist auditors as needed and prepare reconciliation reports as needed by various audits and other various payroll related reports and verification.
Specific Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office product. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. Must be a self starter, dependable, and trustworthy, and work well in stressful situations.
Specific Educational Requirements: A.S. Degree in Accounting or 3 years’ experience or equivalent training. Previous experience with computers required.
