Position: Benefits Coordinator
Department: Human Resources
Number of Hours Per Week: 40 Hours per week. Monday – Friday.
Brief Description of Job Duties: Coordinate all staff insurance benefits including processing applications/terminations, billings, COBRA, and TIAA-CREFF. Construct new hire folders and complete all background checks. Perform a variety of clerical duties.
Specific Skills/Abilities: N/A
Specific Educational Requirements: Excellent computer and communication skills. Strong organizational skills a must. Previous experience with coordinating benefits preferred.
