Position: Behavior Clinician

Brief Description of Job Duties: Development and implementation of Behavior Support Plans. Responsible for behavior support for appropriate waivers. Prepare Functional Assessments that meet State/Federal Policies and Regulations, and are built on the concepts of Applied Behavior Analysis. Ensures that all professional services provide optimal growth for the individuals served, is based on a person centered philosophy and preserves each individual’s dignity and self-worth.
Specific Skills/Abilities: 3 years experience supporting people with developmental disabilities. Must be approved by, or able to secure approval from the State of Indiana.
Specific Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, School Psychology, and another applied health services are of Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or Counseling; or be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or have a Master’s Degree in Human Services Field.
