Position: 1972 Assistant Facility Manager
Number of Hours Per Week: 40 Hours. Must be flexible. Initially Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM. After Opening Tuesday – Saturday 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Brief Description of Job Duties: Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the 1972 Project including: Ensuring appropriate customer interaction, supervising the completion of all evening closing reports, processing deposits, scheduling staff, supervising frontline staff, preparing month-end reports, auditing daily cashier shift reports, etc.

Specific Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred with emphasis in ‘Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management or equivalent combination of education and or experience.’ Must have working knowledge of principles and practices of business administration, recreational services, Human Resource Management principles and practices and electrical and mechanical systems.
